Built into the workflow for every associate is a rating system and comments section. Quality control is tracked by location and associate, and a Regional Manager is alerted to any variance.
GPS Location Tracking
In order for an associate to be able to check-in, they must be at the exact location of the store. This prevents any variances in services completed or length of service.
Automatic Alerts Built Into System
If there are any variances in a scheduled service, the Regional Manager will be notified immediately, can assess any issues and will contact the location to resolve as needed.
