Scopes Facility Services, LLC was founded in 1988 as Quality Cleaning Service, a one-man operation in Tennessee.  In 2001 we incorporated in the state of Georgia as Commercial Maintenance Solution, Inc.  With the changing of times, the need for technology was evident.  Scopes Facility Services, LLC was the new name chosen for Commercial Maintenance Solution, Inc. in honor of our in-house technology system “SCOPES”.

Because of careful planning and exceptional customer service, this one-man operation in Chattanooga, Tennessee grew to encompass all of Tennessee and then Georgia, and eventually grew to service over 7000 locations nation-wide.  Some of our customers have included Rite Aid, Dollar General, Gymboree, Chico’s, Circle K, Foot Locker, and Hollister and other fine retailers. Most locations are services weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly.

What started as a floor care company has grown into a complete building maintenance services company. This has allowed us to increase services to existing clients and reduce the number of trips made to each store, thereby making it possible to offer lower, more competitive pricing.
